How to Order a Roasting Pig
Seven to ten day notice is preferred when
ordering.
Figure one pound per person to determine the size of pig
needed.  Example: A 50 pound Dressed Weight Pig will feed
50 people.

We recommend having your pig stuffed with one of the
following:

• Bread stuffing
  
• Bread stuffing with a blend of sausage,
  
• Kolbassi and kraut
  
• Cheddarwurst (kolbassi with cheese) and kraut
  

Cutting instruction can be given when you pick up your pig.

Delivery and Carving service are available, under 30 miles, $75.00.

For Smaller groups or for people who don't need to see a pig try our Pulled Pork.
Pulled pork is $5.09 per # and serves 3 adults. Can be picked up Hot or Cold.

Average pig prices.  
Example:  A pig weighing 50 pounds cooked, with a stuffing and picked up at our location would be about $235.

A 100 pound pig with stuffing, picked up, would be around $380.

Prices vary, depending on the actual weight of the pig.

For the do-it-yourselfer, we sell fresh pigs and if you prefer, we can season and stuff them for you.
